Salut !

You probably all know it, I’m a sailor and I have the pleasure to own a beautiful 11m sailing boat called Bolu (lucky in french slang), sailing north of Amsterdam on the quiet and beautiful IJsselmeer, departure point to the Texel Islands, Amsterdam and much more.

It’s a serious but not professional project at the moment. Many of you have told me “waaaw amazing we should do it” (or something like that :).

When ? I have a public agenda online, that’s when I’m sailing with adults mostly and without Joseph, but all the other weekends and holidays are available for me to go sailing with Joseph, and I want to share here the possibility to have you on board, with or without kids (then on adults trips). 

It’s a 3h drive away from Brussels, a bit far to go for two days only, but not impossible if leaving Friday afternoon. I have an idea about making Friday’s free once in a while but I cannot really share it here 🤭.

For family trips I decided to ask for a support price of 60 euros a day per person, covering the costs of the boat, I don’t take any remuneration out of it. I’ve got 4 places + Joseph and me.

What do we do during a sailing trip ? Depending on the weather we sail 2-4 hours to go and visit another harbour nearby. I always make it as comfortable as possible so we all enjoy it. We visit an island, a small town, we anchor and swim and Stand Up Paddle, go to the beach, etc.

We sleep and live on the boat, of course. There are two large double bed cabins for my guests + 2 beds in the central part of the boat for Joseph and me, or any other way that suits the crew ;).
